Come and discover the story of water extraction, softening and supply over the last 120 years at this Scheduled Ancient Monument located close to Winchester in the heart of the Hampshire countryside.

Restored by volunteers of the Twyford Waterworks Trust we are open on selected days during the year. We look forward to seeing you at one of our events - please see our Visitor Information pages for full details.

We also welcome group visits by prior arrangement and can provide guided tours tailored to your interests.

We would like to give our special thanks to the many visiting exhibitors who support our events throughout the year, helping to make a day out with us an experience to enjoy and remember.

A big thank you.....

......to our volunteers, our Friends, our visitors and exhibitors for supporting our Trust throughout 2020. Thank you all for your support.

We’re closed now but are busy planning our 2021 season, so watch this website for details!

If you would like to support Twyford Waterworks Trust through these difficult times why not become a Friend of the Waterworks? Just £15 a year keeps you in touch with all that we are doing, and gives you free admission too. Click on the ‘Friends of TWT’ tab for an application form.
